As part of a restructuring, Karjalaisen NostoKuljetus Oy will transfer its crane transport operations to Karjalaisen Rahti Oy. Going forward, the company will focus more strongly on developing its waste management business. Its skip hire services will continue as part of its recycling operations, including the transport of waste to the waste management centre.
Karjalaisen Rahti Oy will take over all crane transport operations and continue developing them as part of its business. Karjalaisen Rahti Oy will bring together its crane transport services, terminal services and other general cargo operations to offer a comprehensive range of logistics services.
Changes effective from 1 November 2026
The restructuring will take effect on 1 November 2026. The changes will be implemented in a carefully managed, customer-focused manner, ensuring continuity of service and a smooth transition to the new operating arrangements.
New booking number for crane transport services
All existing telephone numbers, email addresses and other contact details will remain unchanged, with the sole exception of the crane transport services booking number.

The restructuring will give the companies clearer roles and a stronger foundation for serving customers even better in the future.
